You can buy just one capsule but if it's your first order or if you buy as a gift, we advise you to buy a pack with a tamper. It is not only more economical, but the results will also be better than without a tamper.
The Nespresso® capsules are compatible with most machines: DeLonghi, Jura, Koenig, Krups, Magimix, Miele, Siemens, Turmix... Models: Capri, Citiz, Citiz-Milk, CitiZ&Milk, Concept, Essenza, Expert, Gran Maestra, Inissia, Lattissima, Lattissima +, Le Cube, Maestria, M100 auto, M130 U, Milk, Pixe, Prodigio, U, UMilk, Wacaco Minipresso and many more...).
However, if you have the Essenza mini D-30 or the Latissima One machine, we strongly advise you to go with the version of our capsule using single-use lids here.
The only machines NOT compatible are the Krups Essenza Auto family XN2000-2100 (older version), the MI-schishare, the Delonghi EN97, Magimix M100, and the Essenza C100. They are all discontinued models.
The Dolce Gusto® capsules are compatible with all the machines.
We ship the order 1-3 days after you place it. After that, the delay to receive it is around 1-3 weeks depending on your country (see our shipping policy for more details: https://www.evergreen-capsules.com/pages/shipping-policy).
Please keep in mind that some external factors can have an impact on that delay, for example customs, over which we have absolutely no control.

We are very sorry about this. Please send us pictures a contact@evergreen-capsules.com with your order number and we will review your case in priority.
We understand, but do not worry. We are a serious company and customer satisfaction is key for us. You can see the reviews of our happy customers on the product page. Should anything wrong happen with your order we will send a new one or refund you. Besides, we never have access to any of your banking details. We only see your delivery address and name.

We are sorry about the delay. Sometimes international orders take longer than planned. There can be numerous reasons, like custom clearance for example. With the tracking number you can see where your package is at any time.
